Over the last 30 days, the Harris County market showed gains with 4,157 homes sold, a 2.6% increase from last week's report. To put it in perspective, close-by Fort Bend County registered 1,030 home sales in the same period, the most of all surrounding counties. The median sales price has been increasing as it hit $215,000, extending a 16-week long spike.
