While home sales in the Harris County market have been above average, in this week's report they fell 6.6% to 4,171 homes sold over the last 30 days. Within the same time period, Fort Bend County had 1,052 sales, the most of all counties in the area. The median sales price in Harris County stayed flat at $215,000 while months of inventory shot up to four.
